Sharing of Information

AVA Saves does not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform and process homeowner workflows.

Current processors may include OpenAI, Stripe, Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Google Analytics. We evaluate processors for security and contractual privacy safeguards.

User Rights

You may request to download data, delete your account, or delete uploaded documents. We process validated requests within a reasonable timeframe and may retain limited records where required by law, security, billing, or fraud prevention obligations.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, basic functionality, and analytics. You may configure browser settings to block cookies, but some features may not function correctly.

Google Analytics 4 is used for standard page and navigation analytics. AVA Saves does not intentionally send private homeowner content such as names, email addresses, street addresses, uploaded document contents, equipment serial numbers, financing documents, or chat message text to Google Analytics.

We implement layered security controls that may include encryption in transit, access controls, logging, provider-level protections, and periodic internal review. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.
